Mon Ermitage was born from the illusion of a family to continue with the tradition of cultivating extra virgin olive oil.
The Can Vilar family has been working the land since 1625 and obtaining fruits such as extra virgin olive oil. The inheritance of his family was not only centennial olive trees, but also values such as work and effort; indispensable to achieve all your goals.
Our project is inspired by values: passion for the land of our ancestors, perseverance as the engine of our goals and dedication in every detail.

For this reason, we want to be ambassadors of extra virgin olive oil offering the highest quality.
We like to work as a team, share ideas and improve ourselves day by day. Our mission is to combine tradition and innovation to create a unique product that represents the Mediterranean essence and our way of being.
