Mon Ermitage was born from the illusion of a family to continue with the tradition of cultivating extra virgin olive oil.

The Can Vilar family has been working the land since 1625 and obtaining fruits such as extra virgin olive oil. The inheritance of his family was not only centennial olive trees, but also values \u200b\u200bsuch as work and effort; indispensable to achieve all your goals.\n

Our project is inspired by values: passion for the land of our ancestors, perseverance as the engine of our goals and dedication in every detail.

Mon Ermitage is a project that bets on the balance between our activity and the environment through our commitment to sustainability. 

The main measures of our environmental policy are:
