The products that appear on this website are in stock unless otherwise indicated in the online store. If for any reason the lack of availability of a specific product is discovered after having received payment for said product, MON ERMITAGE SL will immediately inform the customer via email of this fact, offering either to postpone delivery or refund of monies paid.

Prices and taxes

DELIVERIES

Delivery times

All orders will be fulfilled within 1 to 2 days, throughout the Iberian Peninsula, except for Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, when the minimum delivery time will be 3 days.

Returns

Once the customer has received the product, returns or exchanges will not be accepted, unless the product must present a fault or defect of any kind. In the event that the product presents a defect or defect, the customer will have a period of seven (7) calendar days, from the date of receipt of the product, to exercise the right of return. In case of return, shipping costs will not be reimbursed. In the same way, the collection costs will be paid by the customer (equal to the shipping costs of the type of product purchased and destination).
