Mon Ermitage was born from the enthusiasm of a family to continue the tradition of growing extra virgin olive oil.
The Can Vilar family has been working the land since 1625 and obtaining fruits such as extra virgin olive oil.
The family's legacy was not only centuries-old olive trees, but also values such as work and effort,
indispensable to achieve all goals.
Our project is inspired by values: the passion for the land of our ancestors, perseverance as the engine of our goals and dedication in every detail.

It is all those small actions that give meaning to the award we received in 2018 as a Solidarity Company 2018 by Lleida City Council for our involvement in social action projects in Lleida during 2017.
